👰 I've been working in the world of weddings and events for a good 13 years. Yep, it's been a while, and I've learned a thing or two along the way.
🤝 I'm one of the Co-Founders over at the Associated Wedding Planners of Austin. Because why do it alone when you can support each other?

✨ I created the Refine Portal to bring planning platform solutions to planners across the world, combatting the standard complaints around big box CRMs.
At the end of the day: I’ve been there, I’ve done that.
I’ve built a business through personal crisis, I’ve scaled, I’ve scaled back, I’ve hired and fired, I’ve been dubbed Queen of Thought Leadership and Boundaries, I’ve been yelled at and fired by couples, I’ve put moms in their place, I’ve combatted bad reviews, gotten on preferred venue lists, worked waaaay too many hours and all the things.

20 minute commitments aren’t as daunting
Forces us to the REAL issue faster
Strengthen our ability to identify root causes early, before they get out of control
Produces a realistic 1-3 action items, rather than an overwhelming list
Longer sessions with a long list of action items often need adjusting, so let’s just take it as we go!
